If the products received arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, you can exercise your right to return the item(s). To do this, you must notify your request by email within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Products must not be used or damaged. The items will be reviewed by our quality department, if they are damaged, stained or used, the return cannot be accepted. In this case, it will be forwarded and/or the refund will be rejected.
3. All labels must remain intact.
4. Products will be returned in their original packaging.
5. The return of all products will be made in a single shipment.
6. In the case of a return without dealing with any defect, the return transport cost as well as the expenses inherent to it, such as import/export taxes, will be borne by the customer.
7. If there is no defect in the product, only the amount corresponding to the products will be refunded. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
After acceptance by our department of the return, the same item will be sent to you if you wish or the corresponding amount will be paid in your next order, or in your account within 10 days of receipt. of the return in our store.
